This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which you may obtain a refund for your RideComposer subscription, in accordance with the European regulations applicable to distance contracts.
🟢 Free trial of 10 days of use (to be taken within 30 days): no credit card is required during the trial period. You will only be charged if you voluntarily subscribe to a paid plan.
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and its transposition into Belgian law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of your first paid subscription.
Your subscription is activated and your payment method is charged for the first time.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason. A full refund will be processed.
After this period, no refund is granted for the current subscription period, except in the exceptional cases described below.
To exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, proceed as follows:
We will confirm receipt of your request by email. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the one used at the time of subscription (through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, with Stripe as card processor), at no cost to you.

After the 14-day period, no refund is granted for the current subscription period. However, Pascal ROMBAUX may, on an exceptional basis and at his sole discretion, grant a partial or full refund in the following situations:
These situations must be reported within 30 days of their occurrence to info@ridecomposer.com.
The following situations do not entitle you to a refund:
You may cancel your subscription at any time, via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails) or by writing to info@ridecomposer.com. Cancellation stops automatic renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. You retain access to the Software until the end of the period already paid for.
⚠️ Important: Your rides and pedagogical programmes are saved on your computer: the end of your subscription does not delete them, but the Software can no longer be used without an active licence. Rides backed up online (Pro and Pro+ plans) remain in your space until you delete them, or until you request the deletion of your account by writing to info@ridecomposer.com.
The wireless remote control constitutes goods sold separately from the subscription. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of it to withdraw, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us an unequivocal statement (an email to info@ridecomposer.com or the model withdrawal form above), then send the remote control back to the address given in point 2 no later than fourteen (14) days after informing us of your decision. You will bear the direct cost of returning the remote control.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of initial delivery, no later than fourteen (14) days after being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the remote control back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is the earliest. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
